The Fundamentalist Foundations Of The Preferences Of Dr. Abdul Karim Zidan In His Book Rulings Of The Dhimmis And The Trustees In The House Of Islam (Selected Models)

It was published in the Jordanian Journal Of Islamic Studies (a refereed scientific journal issued by Al Al-bayt University in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with the support of the ministry of higher education and scientific research) in its first issue/ volume 17 for the year 1442 AH/ 2021 AD.

The research deals with the science of the fundamentalist Foundations of Professor Dr. Abdul-Karim Zaidan (may Allah have mercy on him) in his important book, "The Rulings of the Deaf and the Faithful in Dar al-Islam", which he wrote at the beginning of his scientific work and which has important weight judgments, Worthy of being studied by the researchers in the study, the researchers have adopted models of these weights which showed the status of Professor Dr. Abdul-Karim Zaidan scientific, and sold great in the science of jurisprudence and assets.

The research consists of an introduction, five sections, and a conclusion with results and recommendations.
