The research deals with the science of the fundamentalist Foundations of Professor Dr. Abdul-Karim Zaidan (may Allah have mercy on him) in his important book, "The Rulings of the Deaf and the Faithful in Dar al-Islam", which he wrote at the beginning of his scientific work and which has important weight judgments, Worthy of being studied by the researchers in the study, the researchers have adopted models of these weights which showed the status of Professor Dr. Abdul-Karim Zaidan scientific, and sold great in the science of jurisprudence and assets. The research consists of an introduction, five sections, and a conclusion with results and recommendations.
