Contemporary Jurisprudence Research Group

A group of jurisprudential researches dealing with contemporary issues written in different periods and compiled with a book entitled "A Collection of Contemporary Jurisprudence Researches", which contains (439) pages and was printed many times with many additions in each edition of various researches.

The sheikh says about this book:

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions, and peace be upon them all.

These are Eleven different researches, some of them doctrinal and some of them intellectual.

This is a study that I submitted to The Islamic Fiqh Councill in its session held in Makkah Al-Mukarramah from 5-10/1/2001 AD

Fourth: The Entry Of A Muslim Into A Non-Islamic Country And Residence There

Fifthly: Income Tax And Its Legality In Contemporary Islamic Countries

This is a study that I submitted to The Islamic Fiqh Council in its session held in Makkah Al-Mukarramah from 13-17 / 12 / 2003AD

Sixth:  The Legality Of Taxes Imposed By States On Individuals

Seventh: The Extent Of The Marital Right To Terminate The Marriage Contract By 'Khula'

This is a study that I presented to the Islamic Fiqh Councillin its session held in Makkah Al-Mukarramah from 8-11 /4/2006 AD

This is a research that I presented to the Eighth International Conference of the Association of Islamic Universities 1430 AH / 2009 AD

Ninth: The Limits Of The Guardian’s Authority In What He Orders And Prohibits In Matters Of Marriage And A Difference In Islamic Law
