Dr. Abd Al-Karim Zidan And His Method Of Citing Qur’an Texts For His Book Al-Wajeez On Usul Al-Fiqh

In this respect, I must refer to the positions achieved by the Prophet’s hadith: (Allah sends this ummah at the top of every hundred years to renew her religion).

This eloquent hadith has taken from the commentators a large and wide space, because it is a fact related to the fate of a nation that has lost its correct approach that Allah Almighty has ordained for it. And the renewal of the religion for the ummah is to revive what has fallen from the work of the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and the command according to them, and the death of innovations and hadiths and the breaking of its people with the tongue, or the classification of books, teaching or so on. He must be a scholar of both outward and inward religious sciences, champion of the Sunnah, suppressing heresy, and for his knowledge to prevail among the people of his time.

The author of Jami 'al-Usool said: The scholars have spoken about his interpretation, and each one referred to the world that he is in his doctrine, and he carried the hadeeth to him, and it is more appropriate to carry it in general, because the word “who” falls on the one and the plural, and it is not specific to the jurists as well. They benefit greatly from scholars, owners of hadiths, reciters, preachers, and asceticism as well, as preserving religion, politics and spreading justice is the job of the rulers, and likewise readers and hadith owners benefit by controlling revelation and hadiths that are the principles of Sharia and its evidence. Mechanism in each of these arts.

The hadith indicated that the regenerator: He is not a single person who contains all the Islamic sciences and knowledge, from a precise specialization of belief, hadith and its terminology, jurisprudence and its principles, interpretation and its principles, and machine science, because this is not possible in one person, after the Messenger of Allah  ﷺ ,but it is permissible for them to be in a group, each of them Renewed in a science of science, and knowledge of Islamic knowledge, every one in a country in an art or art of legal sciences renews what is available to him of deterministic or editorial matters, and is a reason for its survival and not being entrenched and terminated until the command of Allah comes.

Imam Al-Nawawi said: “It is permissible for a sect to be a group of multiple types of believers, between a brave person and one who sees war, a jurist, a modernist, an interpreter, one who enjoins good and forbid what is evil, an ascetic and a worshiper, and they do not have to be together in one country, rather it is permissible for them to meet in one country. And their separation in the countries of the earth, and it is permissible for them to meet in one country.

At the beginning and at the end it was stated: “It is common for the bearers of knowledge who work in it from every sect, those whose work is taken from the street, or those who agree from every sect and every class of scholars, from commentators, hadiths, reciters, scholars, grammarians, linguists, etc. This is one of the types of useful science.

And they set conditions for him that he should have a keen eye and a strong faculty, penetration of insight, capacity in understanding and deduction, and the ability to distinguish between the right and the sick, and the goal is not: it is merely memorizing and a large number of narrators. Responding to suspicions, bringing down judgments on new incidents, and treating them according to the principles of Shari’a and the rules of the true Sharia. Imam Al-Minawi said: “He has the faculty of refuting similarities to judgments, and the ability to derive facts, minutes and theories from the texts of the Qur’an, its signs, and its connotations, from the heart Present, and Fouad are attentive.

Prof. Dr. Abdel Karim Zidan was a fundamentalist, jurist, legal, political, creed, preacher, divine, scholar, worker, combining the provisions of Sharia and the requirements of the age, linked to the origin and connected to the age, looking with one eye on the texts of Sharia, and with the other eye on the development of reality and its course, so his jurisprudence and scientific production came alive and benefited eternally. It is used by jurists, jurists, fundamentalists, preachers, politicians, and other specializations. He revived in us the secrets of Sharia in its ruling, purposes, spirit, and luminous rulings. In addition, he, may Allah Almighty have mercy on him, possessed an iron memory that was a reason for his memorization of the sayings and evidence of the various sects even at the end of his life, may A;;ah Almighty have mercy on him.
