The Elements of Jurisprudence According to the Scholar Abdul-Karim Zidan An article by Professor Dr. Hussein Al-Dulaimi, published in the magazine (Takween) in its Sixteenth Issue /The second year / Dhul-Qa'dah 1442 AH, which is published by Al-Alam Al-Mosel Project. The article dealt with the methodology of fatwas among Iraqi scholars by studying the jurisprudence of Sheikh Abdul Karim Zidan and what he had of the elements of this faculty.
