PRESENTATION BY DR. ABDUL KARIM ZAIDAN OF THE BOOK (SILENCED ANSWERS)   The book (Silent Answers) was written by the Iraqi preacher, Professor Muhammad Saeed Saleh Al-Ani, may God have mercy on him . We welcome any correction by emailing us Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions . The Arabic tongue, as Imam Ibn Taymiyyah, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said, completed the tongues and improved them with a statement of meaning . And due to the emergence of the Arabs and their superiority in what we have mentioned, the greatest miracles of the Messenger ﷺis the Holy Quran, which was revealed in their language and challenged them to it. Or reduce the blameworthy satire. Their passion for literary production reached the highest level, they hung their favorite poetry on the walls of the Kaaba. Among this recommended commentator is what has been known in the history of literature as the Seven Muqallaat . After Islam, the Arabs remained fond of their language and literature, eager to hear good and eloquent speech, but increased their fondness for that because of the great Qur’an that dazzled them with its rhetoric and rhetoric, as it came to a high level of high level they had never before in terms of quality of statement, style, eloquence and eloquence . Good, eloquent and desirable speech was preserving hearing and transmitting a narration, because the Arabs were in the first place an illiterate nation, so their primary reliance was on hearing and narration, but after the emergence and spread of Islam, they began to write, so they worked on writing: writing down language and religion. Among them were the language and what they memorized of its literature, poetry, prose, proverbs, wisdom, the meanings of its vocabulary, the like, and its morphology. They gathered a lot from that thing. From this blogger were the total answers to which the owners answered on intuition, getting rid of a dilemma, or a decisive response to a defiant, or a sympathy that was ordered or a reminder of an inattentive, eloquent, brevity and a choice of words, so that these answers became wonderful literary examples that were preserved and transmitted because of the literature and rhetoric in them Or because of its wisdom and a pleasant meaning or a precise reference. History books, translations, and linguistic and literary collections filled with a lot of these answers, and in the beginning it was a mixture of no arrangement and no coordination, so the hand of sorting and organizing had to extend to it by joining the peer to its counterpart and the analogous to the like,This is what really happened so that its own collections appeared for poetry, as well as for the vocabulary of language and the rest of the branches of language, its literature and its belongings, and among the old writers who tried to collect the favorable answers Abu Omar Ahmed bin Muhammad Abed Rabbo al-Andalusi, but he did not put them in a book separately, but rather made it a chapter from his famous book (Unique contract). In fact, what he collected from these answers is not the entirety of what was transmitted, as he did in his other choices, which he wrote down in his book and referred to that in his introduction . One of the best good answers in our opinion is what was silencing the questioner in the face of the objection and the challenge to the responsible, because this questioner does not want to know what he does not know by asking him, but rather wants to ask him to challenge, slander and embarrassment, so it does not work with him, then, and this is his purpose, listing the evidence and proofs, and mentioning the introductions and results To refute his stabbing, he returned his libel and pushed his embarrassment, but only a brief and eloquent answer is useful for him that silences him and he cannot answer him. Among these answers is that a man said to the famous Kufi jurist Ibn Shubrama: From us the dumb teacher came out, and said yes, then he did not return to you ! And these desirable answers that come without prior preparation or preparation from the respondent are, as the owner of the unique contract said: (The most difficult of all words is complex, and I treasure a request, and I close it with a doctrine, and the narrowest way, because its owner hastens to converse with the idea, and use! What was concluded in narration ). That is why the good answer present in the axiom was a well-attested favor to its owner, and he noted it when enumerating his virtues. Ibn Abi Malika said: I have never seen like Ibn Abbas. From Ibn Abbas . And they said in the virtues of Fresh: The people quickly answered the axiom of Quraysh, then the rest of the Arabs . And yet Brother, Professor Muhammad Saeed Al-Ani, collected a valid sentence from the answers he chose, including the pacified answers. It is this for which we provide this introduction. The truth is that what he did in terms of collecting and choosing is not a simple and affordable matter, for the gathering needs a broad knowledge of the books of the ancients, because these answers are not collected from one book separately, as we have indicated before. In history, literature, language, etc., and patience to continue reading and writing down what a good answer passes during it. And time, because this permanent comprehensive reading takes a long time. Therefore, it took many years, more than twenty years, that the professor al-Ani collected from the desirable answers, as he said . As for the choice, it is the other, not an easy matter, because choosing, as the owner of the unique contract said (and choosing a speech is more difficult than writing it) and they said: (choosing a man supports his mind). And the poet said: We have made you known about your choice, as it is evidence of the most reasonable choice,  That is why the professor Al-Ani, the owner of this anthology, presented a lot of what he collected from the answers and kept this one in the hands of the reader and was successful in proposing and choosing .
