The Second Statement About The Sit-Ins In Iraq 2013

On Friday, Safar 8, 1434 AH, corresponding to December 21, 2012 AD, demonstrations were launched, followed by sit-ins in some areas of Iraq, such as Ramadi, Salah al-Din, Mosul and Kirkuk, followed by separate areas of Baghdad such as Adhamiya and Dora, as well as in Diyala. The release of male and female detainees in Iraqi prisons, stopping the government’s sectarian approach, and repealing Article 4 of terrorism and the Law of Accountability and Justice from the Iraqi constitution.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions, and after :

What we have explained to you and to all the Muslim people of Iraq is that injustice must be lifted and its people should be suppressed, and that this is a religious duty and a legal ruling, and it is not a reaction to a specific injustice and it is not permissible to leave it because of its lightness and lack of followers, but the duty is to pursue it so that nothing of it remains on the earth. And now, injustice is still nesting, and its people are praying and roaming, and this calls you to double your steadfastness and effort and to continue your sit-down, not to weaken your resolve and you will be in this weakness a strength for the enemy, so fear Allah that you be patient and persevere

(يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اصْبِرُوا وَصَابِرُوا وَرَابِطُوا وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ)

(O you who have believed, persevere and endure and remain stationed and fear Allah that you may be successful),Allah Almighty commanded patience and perseverance, meaning that we defeat the enemy by fighting you and your patience in fighting them, so that your patience is greater than theirs .

And I remind you of the noble verse

( يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنْ تَنْصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنْصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ )

(O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet), The verse included the condition and the answer. As for the condition for the victory of Allah, which is the support of his religion, and the greatest victory is the suppression of injustice and the oppressors, and it is one of the greatest commands of the Sharia. and make it a target close to you, because your goal is greater than this and has a deeper impact, and Allah is dominant over His affair, even if the unbelievers hate it. Defeat from confronting the oppressor and his money is to divide the house of Islam and to concede to the enemy a part of the house of Islam and to be satisfied with his ruling in it, and this is not permissible .

And may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions all, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds .
