The First Statement About The Sit-In And The Sit-In In Iraq 1434 AH / 2012 AD

On Friday, Safar 8, 1434 AH, corresponding to December 21, 2012 AD, demonstrations were launched, followed by sit-ins in some areas of Iraq, such as Ramadi, Salah al-Din, Mosul and Kirkuk, followed by separate areas of Baghdad, such as Adhamiya and Dora, as well as in Diyala, during which the demonstrators demanded the release of detainees and detainees In Iraqi prisons, stopping the government’s sectarian approach, and repealing Article 4 of terrorism and the Accountability and Justice Law from the Iraqi constitution. Sheikh Abdul Karim Zidan was not far from these sit-ins.

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the Master of the Messengers, Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions, and after:

This is a statement to the people following what has happened and is happening in Iraq of injustice that Allah is not pleased with. Rather, He has made its removal a specific duty on every Muslim, with evidence that those who have fallen short in removing this injustice deserve divine punishment. The Almighty said in Surat Al-Anfal, verse 25

وَاتَّقُوا فِتْنَةً لَّا تُصِيبَنَّ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مِنكُمْ خَاصَّةً  )

(And fear a trial which will not strike those who have wronged among you exclusively), And he, peace be upon him, said: (When people see an oppressor but do not prevent him committing sin, it is likely that Allah will punish them all - Narrated by Ahmed and Al-Nasai), And the removal of injustice may be with the true bold word that is said to the oppressor, The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, (The master of martyrs on the Day of Resurrection is Hamzah ibn ‘Abdil Muttalib and a man who stands up to a tyrannical authority, commanding good and forbidding evil and he is killed for it- it was narrated by Al-Shawkani and Al-Albani). One of these means is the gathering of the people of truth (the protestors) and their continuation of the sit-in and the unity of their demands until they reach these legitimate demands, as it is and is happening now in more than one province in Iraq. Among the declared demands of the protestors is the release of those unjustly detained, led by Muslim women, although women are forbidden in Islam. Rather, their sanctity was observed even among the Arabs of the pre-Islamic era. It is not permissible to remain silent about this shameful crime committed by the oppressors in addition to their oppression against others. Islamic law calls for its removal and removal of the so-called Article 4 of terrorism, which the oppressors have taken to restrict and abuse every resister of injustice and work to remove it by accusing him of terrorism, as happened from the injustice done to Muhammad al-Dayni, Tariq al-Hashimi, Rafi’ al-Issawi and their aides and many others. Among the manifestations of the declared injustice that must be legally eliminated is the marginalization, exclusion, exclusion and accusations that have necessitated their punishment falsely and slanderously.

And let the protestors know that reaching this legal requirement, which is to remove injustice and prevent its owners from inflicting it, requires unity of word among the protestors, forgetting differences and patience with this sit-in so that they can achieve their demands, because one of Allah’s laws in removing injustice and oppressors is to work by every legitimate means and without haste to reach the legitimate demand. The great is in need of great effort and greater patience, and Allah Almighty has promised those who are patient in their work in eliminating oppression to reach their demands. Allah Almighty said in Surah Muhammad verse 7

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن تَنصُرُوا اللَّهَ يَنصُرْكُمْ وَيُثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَكُمْ  )

(O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet). And Allah’s support for the Muslims helped them achieve their demands, and one of the greatest demands of the religion is the suppression of injustice and the oppressors.

And may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family and companions all, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds ,,,
