This thesis was supervised by Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Zidan, and it was discussed in Iraq - University of Baghdad in the year 1391 AH / 1971 AD to obtain a master's degree in Comparative Jurisprudence.

This thesis was printed and published in a two-volumes bearing the same title (Diya And Its Provisions In Alsharieat Aliaslamia And Law), which is one of the publications of Dar Al-Bayan Library.
